Spark of Divine

The experience begins with the attendant making themselves comfortable, whether that be seated or lying down in a comfortable position. I recommend the attendant bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket and/or an eye mask or whatever items that would bring them comfort. We will begin with guided focus on the breath, to center the nervous system and induce a spirit of calm and to open the mind and body to receive the sound. The attendant will be bathed in approximately 45 minutes of sound frequencies, intuitively played to respond to the energetic needs of the attendant. Completing the experience with a guided meditation giving you the opportunity to meet, attune & embody their higher self.
