An ongoing, twice‑monthly guided meditation with traditional and non-traditional approaches. Gentle hypnotic relaxation with a blend of pure awareness techniques and creative visualization for manifestation, elevating self concept, and joyful presence. This is for you if you like support with meditation, benefit from the structure of a set time, and feel best doing this kind of practice in community.
Join us on the 2nd and 4th Friday of every month from 6-7pm $15 per person.
