Katherine Connors came to us from NYC. She is a certified Polarity Practitioner. Polarity is a form of energy healing that works with the five elements in the body to help remove any energetic blockages you may have in order to keep your energy flowing. As an ordained minister, she likes to say it’s Spiritual Healing for the Mind, Body, and Soul. If you like meditation, tried talk therapy, gave Reiki a shot, then Polarity is next in line for you! She looks forward to serving the community. Katherine works with the 5 Elements in the body to help restore balance, providing you with the space you need to heal yourself.
